Booking
QUOTE: If you enjoyed our consultation, we can send you a customized quote based on your inquiry,
If you have any questions or concerns about your quote, please let us know so that we can offer changes or accommodations to fit your needs.
INVOICE: After accepting your quote, you will receive an invoice to pay a retainer to secure your date.
We can set up payment plans as well!
CONTRACT: You will receive a contract shortly after and can rest easy knowing we are all on the same page.
Planning
Weddings require a lot of planning!
Don't worry about having all the fine details at the time of booking. We will send you a questionnaire a few months before the wedding once you have finalized more details.
If you have a planner (we love!), we are happy to work with your planner on your final timeline if needed to ensure that your wedding timeline and photography coverage are in alignment.
If you do not have a planner, we are happy to review your timeline and give revisions on realistic expectations for timing based on lots of experience.

Pre-wedding session
If your package includes an engagement session, pre-wedding party, or rehearsal dinner, it's a great time for us to spend time together in person and have a trial run for your big day.
Wedding Day
It's your big day and we're all just living in it. I will be your personal cheerleader and helper.
Wet or dirty bouquets? Dry them on my outfit (it's why I wear all black).
Distant family member blocking the aisle with an iPad? I will kindly ask them to move.
Stressed out? Tell me how or who I can get to help.
Change of plans? Weddings can be unhinged. I'll roll with the punches and we'll have a blast.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
If you were to ask any of Mary's friends, they would tell you that her life model is "I am always down to clown". Mary and her team love a good adventure and are seasoned international travelers in our own rights.
Mary travels off the mainland and internationally up to five times a year and splits her time nearly 50/50 bouncing between Boston and beyond.
Whether we are hiking in the glaciers of Iceland, ziplining through the rainforests of Costa Rica, running through the hustle and bustle of her second home (NYC), or taking you to secluded sunrise locations in Paris, we are looking forward to making memories with you at your dream destination with our expertise! ✈️
Will there be a second shooter?
Deluxe and Ultimate packages guarantee a second shooter.
Petite packages may include one if it feels needed.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Sessions may be extended on the day of if scheduling permits for a set rate of 75% of the total cost per hour (unless stated differently in your contract).

Are you vaccinated?
Yes! Safety is a top priority.
I am fully vaccinated and am up to date with all of my booster shots. Happy to wear a mask if preferred as well!
